I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Shell in Jul 2013
Interview
First was telephone interview(due to the difference of geographical location). Panel of 3(2 hiring managers and 1 HR manager), questions were technical in nature with a lot of emphasis on working knowledge of my previous jobs. Interview lasted for an hour. 1 hour after, HR called to schedule a face to face interview at Shell office. A panel of 2 from HR department with the hiring manager as an observer. Interview was 1 and a half hour which this round were behavioural assessment. In general this is to gauge the candidate's ability to think on his/her feet. One case study was given for me to discuss. As I brought forth more solutions, more questions and twists were thrown my way. Interview ended with a Q&A session. Got an offer 3 days after the 2nd interview(Final Assessment).

Question 1
The case study as you are required to quickly think on your feet. After a few twists and additional questions, I got stumped.
