Interview
Worst experience ever. Worked whole day to craft a resume and cover letter. Applied with two Master's degrees that took 9 years to acquire and got rejected in 10 minutes by the first automated screening procedure that was based on 20 self-evaluation general behavioural questions. Ridiculous.

Question 1
All questions were difficult in a sense that you never know how the computerized algorithm will be interpreting the answers. Very dumb process overall. Entirely based on the self-evaluation of the candidate. The more candidate is over-confident about the extents of his or her knowledge and abilities - the better. Honest answers and critical approach to self will do you no good.
