Interview
I gave an interview in Hyderabad office. The process was a bit hectic, They called 3 times on weekdays. Before the discussion, they promised for a good hike.
I gave 3+1 rounds(technical+hr) and got selected. Interviewers were quite impressed and one of the directors explained whole work for about 1 and half hour.
But HR was too rude while compensation discussion, they offered 23% salary hike that too only on basic (not whole CTC), and not even ready for negotiation.
Dropped plan for joining.
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Santa Clara, CA)
Interview
Initially there is Phone screening of 2 rounds
Then In person interview for 2 rounds
Later 1:1 interview with Product manager, director
Referral check
Background check
Upload required docs in their portal and validate and send the joining formalities and where to join etc

Interview
This is the worst interview I have attended in my life. The company does not have a system in the hiring process. The HR will arrange the Onsite telephonic interview but the panel never calls for the interview (How pathetic). When you try to reach the HR to let her know the status they have little knowledge what is happening and they scare to call the onsite interviewer that he is supposed to take an interview.
Coming to the whole process, it took 1 written and 5 rounds of technical interviews followed by a director round. After completing all the rounds the HR never came back with the status of the interview. No emails or phones has been answered. I guess they don't have any requirement, but they conduct interviews establish their brand.
As an advise to the company, please don't waste people time if you are not interested in taking them by scheduling multiple interviews at odd hours which goes for months together.
