I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ServiceNow (Hyderabad) in Jul 2019
Interview
Given online test. After that got call for f2f interview. Gave 3 technical f2f interviews. Recruiter called after 2 days and scheduled 1 cross GU video interview. Cleared that round as well. Then recruiter called and said that I have cleared all rounds and asked for documents to generate offer. Till this point, recruiter was professional and gave prompt replies. Once I sent documents, then haven't heard anything from him. I followed up and then he said that one of the manager want to take one more f2f round. I requested to schedule video call but he said that manager want to have f2f, and then on the same day he will discuss about salary. I gave f2f and called him. He said that he is in a meeting.
How can a professional hr or recruiter can say this. I have invested 4 hrs to go there and give interview, but he did not had time to meet for 2 min.
He said that he will call me after the meeting to discuss further steps, but haven't heard anything from him till now.
Just a suggestion to servicenow. Please train your recruiters to share feedback and clear picture with candidate. Such recruiter create negative impact on brand of company.

Interview
Very Detailed yet Comfortable interview. Very professional interviewers. Process went quick to setup onsite after initial detailed phone screening. The onsite interview took 3.5 hours. Location was easy to commute to. Very nice office. Nothing negative noticed.
There is new type of racism which has got evolved, which I came to know when I was interviewed in ServiceNow. If you are from NIT or IIT then interviewers will listen to you else you are not even worth to get listened. If you have friends over there then, yuhooo, job is yours.
Interviewer will open geeksforgeeks infront of you (was able to see the reflection through their glasses :-) ) and ask questions from there. When you discuss the solution with them, as they are blinded by the solution over there, nothing fruitful comes out of that.
When I asked them the solution. They gave answers like google it, its on some forum etc etc. In short they would have also not able to code the solution which they were asking
It's good to see companies like these. They give you some different experience and any experience, always has some value.
