Normally great culture. Navigating the new AI world admirably. If you’re in, you’re looked after.

Cons

Not perfect. Politics and recruitment of imbecile leaders from Salesforce has decimated the once-great company culture. Once you’re no longer needed, you’re out- cold.

great benefits if you are a full-time employee amazing people and individuals to work with

Cons

boys club culture horrible management and leadership, no transparency or follow through absolutely no stability in org charts, had 5 managers in one year entitled execs who take home the majority of profits and act like they are celebrities No growth, very slow to promote Leadership plays excessive favorites Unclear job descriptions and expectation that you will work "start-up" hours around the clock
