Was asked to do a phone screen after submitting an online application. Was initially scheduled by someone in HR in the UK for a meeting with the US-based HR representative. She rescheduled last minute. When we were supposed to meet next, there was a supposed misunderstanding/issue with the meeting link– rescheduled. She no-showed the final time we were supposed to meet. I sent a follow-up email with no response. Ended up pulling my application by emailing the UK HR representative who initially contact me, who responded by stating they were having ongoing issues with Microsoft Teams.

The interview process was really easy and very accommodating. An initial call with the HR partner led to a further teams call with the VP then a final stage with the SVP. At every stage it was a comprehensive but relaxed chat.

Very personal and straight-forward interview process. After submitting my application via Linkedin, Proxima's HR team reached out to me with a phone call and a few days later we had a personal chat. In total there were 2 interview rounds, with different people asking questions around procurement, problem-solving and to find out whether you are a good character fit with the company culture.
