Proxima Graduate Consultant interview questions

After the CV screening phase, it went straight to an assessment centre. We initially had lunch, where I was able to speak to current workers at the firm. This is your chance to put yourself out there, be friendly (but not too over the top) and make a good impression for yourself. Then you complete your interview, alongside a presentation which you are meant to prepare for a week prior (my designated topic was talk about something I love). It was quite an informal interview about me and my experience (mainly competancy, plus a few extras) and I really enjoyed it because although I was being asked questions, it was more conversational. After this, I had an informal Q&A session where I could ask any lingering questions I had. Once I passed this, they decided to add another 1 hour interview a week later. This was more oriented around why procurement, what my current understanding of procurement is and some questions like 'what would you do in this situation'. I didn't pass this interview unfortuntately, because I lacked motivation to work for procurement.
