Interview
The interview process was really easy and very accommodating. An initial call with the HR partner led to a further teams call with the VP then a final stage with the SVP. At every stage it was a comprehensive but relaxed chat.

What is the most difficult project you have had to deliver?
If you are preparing for an interview with Proxima, please read this.
Ask them how many people they have furloughed in the past two years. Ask them how they manage risk and handle business when things do not go their way. Ask them how the company has looked out for employees during the pandemic. Ask them how management would support you as an employee if they lost your client. Ask them for specific examples in the past of how they have supported their employees during company-wide challenges. Ask them how the business outlook in the US is. Ask them about diversity. Ask them if and how they are taking any measures to ensure more diversity in senior leadership roles. Ask them these tough questions because, as the reviews say, the US business has seen turbulent times and their handling of challenges has stirred much disdain for senior management amongst all levels of employees.

Interview
1st Stage was with the recruitment manager who was nice and easy to talk to and gave a good intro to the company.
2nd Stage was with one of their Consultants who asked a pre-set/standard questions which were printed out and then my answers were written down.
3rd Stage was with a more senior consultanct who asked some very specific questions about a small part of my experience.
