Planet Fitness interview questions

The interview questions are pretty general for the club manager at planet fitness. They are looking for people that respond very highly in organizing, task management, and conflict resolution etc. The things that you would normally want in a manager. As well as the will to put in the work with the teammates when needed. Properly knowing how to delegate task as well take on your own to effectively run the facility. Ability to meet deadlines is something that they look for as well.

They ask you questions such as why you would be fit to work in Planet Fitness and if you had any experience on customer service or volunteering. They make you memorize a long script. They didn’t explain how the pay would be, and they make you memorize a script for tours, or membership sign ups. I did not like that I had to memorize a script even before I got told what the pay was.
