They ask you questions such as why you would be fit to work in Planet Fitness and if you had any experience on customer service or volunteering. They make you memorize a long script. They didn’t explain how the pay would be, and they make you memorize a script for tours, or membership sign ups. I did not like that I had to memorize a script even before I got told what the pay was.
