Planet Fitness interview questions

I applied twice for the same role, several months apart after no initial response. Was excited to get a message for an interview from the hiring manager, shortly after the 2nd application. Felt the interview went well, but then communication fell silent. I followed up twice and then came a request for a 2nd interview with hiring manager again and more senior leader. Following this one, radio silence again. Despite following up again to original hiring manager, 0 response back. Just close out the process and it's OK if I'm not selected, just tell me, especially after not only 1 but 2 interviews! Not a great impression by any means and as a result, no longer a place of business I would visit either.
