The interview process was fairly standard. The only thing that could have been better was from initial call to finalising everything took about 5 weeks which is too long imo

Interview
1st interview: Initial call with talent attraction team to check culture fit. 2nd interview: 30 minute Google Meet interview with a member of the team. Had the role explained to me and asked to explain work experience. 3rd interview: 1 hour interview (in-office or remote offered) with a panel of 3 engineers.
