Octopus Energy interview questions

There were several stages, including an initial interview with the recruitment company (Instant Impact), 2 stages with Octopus themselves, and then verbal and numerical reasoning tests. Instant Impact gave very thorough interview preparation and provided loads of information. Everybody I spoke to was friendly and informative, and were clearly very passionate about their jobs. The interview process was quite intense and it sometimes took longer than expected to receive feedback.

The interview process ran as smoothly as it possibly could have- especially given the current situation with Covid-19. Both the recruiter and the interviewers were friendly, approachable and professional. I am very pleased with the entire process and appreciate Octopus Energy’s thoroughness in finding suitable candidates.
