Quick introductory interview where we got to know each other. I showed my long experience that was coherent with them, I showed that I knew a lot about Octopus Energy and that I was a digital guy. I wasn't even asked more about my skills or how I would handle something. It was very quick and the interviewer felt okay, but I didn't even pass to the next step for no good reasons. A waste of time, a big disappointment.
Overall smooth experience and well explained interviewing process, well organized. The Interview was divided in few stages, and the company provides quick responses for the results and feedback as well.
