I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Massage Envy (Columbia, MD) in Jul 2014
Interview
Interview was extremely long and the lady DID NOT stop talking. She was lecturing me about sales skills and seemed highly critical. I left with a migraine and a bad taste in my mouth. The second lady was much more relaxing and didn't hammer me with information about the company. They only offered 8.50 an hour, despite me having years of sales experience. I decided to email them when I got home and tell them I changed my mind. I can see working here becoming a big headache and I'm not interested in that for 8 bucks an hour.

Interview
I applied for the job through indeed.com and was emailed and asked to come in for an interview. Upon arriving for the interview I was asked to fill out a paper application which was all the basic information that was listed on my resume which led me to believe my resume wasn't even looked at. After filling this out I met with the Clinic Administrator in their office privately. I was told the job was sales based and asked how much I wanted to make. I told them the rate I wanted hourly and there was zero negotiation, I was told the base pay was $8/hourly and then asked if I wanted to continue the interview. I said yes because I needed the job. I was asked about sales experience and that was about it. I was then given the sales pitch script to take home and memorize and told I could call and set up a time to read the pitch. It had to be memorized or I would not be hired. I memorized the pitch in 2 days and returned and did the pitch to a completely different manager in private. The manager said it was good and then took me on a tour of the clinic, given a work shirt and told to arrive for training the next day.

Interview
Filled out an application online and then went in for an interview. They moved my interview time up twice on the day of the interview and then when I got there I had to sit and wait for an hour anyway. Interview was very casual and focused on my sales experience. Had to memorize a three page sales script after that and go back in to recite it.
