I applied online. I interviewed at Life Time (Bloomingdale, IL)
Interview
1st: phone call interview 2nd: in-person interview plus workout to show your knowledge and skills in PT. If I can get a dollar for every single time the interviewer said the word 'brand', I'll make at least $20 during the interview. They want someone who is on brand with them. I looked around and looked on their google reviews, and I must say most people there are not on brand with Lifetime at all. Sure maybe its a great gym but go somewhere else.

Interview
Long interview process. Understandable, as they want to hire the best. But after making someone go through multiple rounds of interviews, the least you can do is send a rejection instead of leaving people waiting. It only takes a minute of your day.

Interview
Quick and easy. Just be ready to do a session with a manager in the club and be able to "sell" them training with you to show your skills. This "comp" session format will be an inside look into what training in the Life Time atmosphere is like.
