Multiple in person interviews that were way too repetitive and vague - left me wondering what they actually found out about who i was an how i worked because the biggest component that they stressed over was memorizing their motto
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2021
Interview
Described the job responsibilities in great detail. The three people that I interviewed with were amazing and made the process effortless. Made it clear that there was room to move up in the company as long as you put in the work.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Life Time (Raleigh, NC) in Jan 2022
Interview
The interview was a four-step process.
1. Phone screening just to chat about your previous experience and the job in general
2. A tour of the club from the PT manager along with the ability to ask any and all questions you have. Also a few basic questions about you and why you want to work at lifetime/ where you see yourself in 5ish years (be ready to answer that at all steps of the interview process)
3. A practical interview where you chat with a senior PT about your background as well as have the opportunity to ask questions. Then it's out on the floor to take them through a mock warm up and work out. This is where they are assessing your personality and your eye for seeing and correcting form when needed.
4. A virtual interview with the GM. Basic interview questions here about you and your background, situation-based questions, and the ability to ask them any questions as well.
