Life Time Personal Trainer interview questions

Initial phone screen with general questions on background and why interested in company. Then 1:1 interview mainly targeted selection questions along with general interview questions about your background. Then one to a practical interview where you work someone out. Final interview with general manager.

There was 4 interviews total. First; 30min phone interview with department head. Second: formal in club interview with department head. Third: practical interview with assistant manager. Fourth and final interview with general manager. If offered position must complete a week long in club certification course and pass a test on the last day to be officially hired.
