Life Time Lifeguard interview questions

Basic interview questions, company values, tell me about yourself, how are you with people, have you had experience in customer service, have you ever lifeguarded before, where do you see yourself in the next few years?

Interview was great. Talked to the manager of the department and she talked to me about my experiences about my past lifeguard job, and advised me to bring my resume to the general manager. Interviews were quite fast and the managers were very friendly.
