Life Time Lifeguard interview questions

Very simple - recite the company's mission statement + show yourself to be responsible/friendly (keeping in mind that you both need to be able to ensure the safety of members but also to resolve conflicts/accomodate for the needs of members.

Interviewed with aquatics director and GM. The interview with the GM was more of an introductory meeting. The overall process was smooth and quick. I did not have to prove any pool skills.
