I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time (Woodbury, MN) in Jul 2016
Interview
It was a very informal but very personal....the sales manager didn't read me questions out of a company interviewing booklet. It was much more conversation based. Not to many generic standard interview questions. I do much better when it's a flowing conversation vs a Q & A session filled with generic questions.
