Multiple rounds. Phone interview, in person with direct supervisor and then with the manager. It took about 2 weeks. During that time salary, benefits, and the new employee orientation were not discussed.

It was a bit long, given there were about 4-5 rounds of interviews. However, it was swift, and to the point emphasizing the mission of LT and what they are all about. They definitely are persistent and dynamic with their structure, but in the end... a great process and got the job!
