The hiring process is typically lengthy. Total interviews can range from as little as 3 and may approach double digits. They are thorough and place a lot of emphasis on living a healthy lifestyle.

It was a bit long, given there were about 4-5 rounds of interviews. However, it was swift, and to the point emphasizing the mission of LT and what they are all about. They definitely are persistent and dynamic with their structure, but in the end... a great process and got the job!
