I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Gilbert, AZ) in Jun 2023
Interview
The interview process was fairly simple. A quick phone screening then an in person interview which has to be rescheduled since the supervisor who scheduled it didn’t write it down . My main issue is when I was told I’d hear back within 48 hours. I left that interview pretty confident so I was surprised when I didn’t get the phone call. I left voicemails and emails and didn’t hear anything for two weeks until I received a response through text that I didn’t get the job but that my application was being dispersed to another manager who also never got back to me. You really have to pry people open to get anywhere it seems.
There is a company slogan they want you to memorize and recite, it's pretty easy so don't stress! Typical interview process though. I had a phone call interview, then an in person interview, and then came back once more to meet with management. Asked about certain scenarios from other roles.
