Interview
I applied and received a call for an interview in less than a week. I went in on a Thursday at noon and met with the General Manager of the club. He basically asked me about my personal life and education. He said he wanted me to email him by 7 pm that evening if I was interrested. I emailed him around 4 pm and said I was interested. I did not hear back from him. I finally called him on Monday and asked if he had received my email. He apologized and said he was 3 days behind in emails. Asked me to come in on Friday for second interview. I came in and met with the Front Desk/Assistant Manager. She asked me the same questions. Told me I was hired, but needed to complete a background check. Once that comes in, I could start. So, I ordered my uniforms and waited. Almost 2 weeks later, background check was done. But I had to wait 4 more days for my Team member Number. Finally started about 3 weeks later.

Interview
not a good management, interview system, company. This company called me for an interview and asked way too many questions. Before bringing me in for a second interview the manager asked me to memorize their vision and mission statements.. 2 long, poem like corporate philosophies thatbwere an absolute waste of my time and thought. The second interview was much like the phine interview in that. there were just too many stupid opinionated questions asked. worst of all, I had been interviewing with other employers and had another interview on Monday. The manager, I believe Sherry, had me memorize the statements and cancel my appointments/schedule with the other potential employer .. of course giving me the impression I would be hired... Then rejected me.

Interview
All applications have to be submitted online, department heads at my location didn't bother with paper resumes
First interview was the phone interview
Second interview was with the Department Head
Third interview was with the General manager and others who had applied for the position
They will offer you the job before they do the background check, so you have to wait for that before you actually have the job
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
All questions were basic, there were no unexpected or difficult questions to answer
You do have to know their mission statement in order to write it down.
