I interviewed with the fitness manager. He asked basic questions, such as "what do we gain from hiring you" "why are you in the fitness industry". Very nice and respectable throughout the interview. He even allowed me to come and work out whenever I wanted.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Life Time (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2012
Interview
Very simple. Interview with the sales manager, GM, and regional sales manager. This was all one on one so it was very easy to hold a conversation. Keep in mind that these folks are like minded and care about health and fitness and there is plenty to talk about. Keep is simple. Don't oversell yourself.

Question 1
Why do you want to work for the Healthy Way of Life Company
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Life Time in Apr 2015
Interview
3 interviews, one with Dept Head, then a training sessions then with GM. If you pass those then they hire you. Its 100% commission so unless you have a lot of clients then you will struggle. Be ready to have crappy checks. your amount you charge is locked in there is no negotiating with clients. So make sure you charge your rates nothing less but can always charge more. Bottom line be ready to compete and prove yourself. Be ready to be on the top of your game then striped down to nothing and treated like crap. Its all about numbers they don't care about anything else.
