I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Colorado Springs, CO) in Feb 2016
Interview
I was seen immediately, very professional, but when I asked questions, I wasn't given specific answers and it was rather frustrating, more like "I'll get back to you on that". Even when I followed up, I was told "I'm sorry but I haven't gotten an answer from my boss, he's always traveling"
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Life Time (Phoenix, AZ) in Dec 2015
Interview
It was a long process and had several calls with upper management. I appreciated the level of care for my success and if the position was a good fit. In my case I had a General Manager that did not get to know me very well and did not pass me through the first time.
