Interview
One phone interview, and then an in person interview. Very easy and smooth; just asked behavioral questions such as "what is something that you struggled with in the past?" After the first interview you will come in for another meeting and have to say a memorized mission statement (all employees must know).

Interview
Like all interviews you will expand on your resume. They will ask situational questions to see how you would resolve conflicts. There will also be questions about how you could contribute to the team environment. At the end you are asked to recite the company vision and mission statement and what that means to you.
