I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Garden City, NY) in Aug 2016
Interview
Was the most redundant process I have ever experienced. Had four different face-to-face interviews with different levels of management plus had a phone interview. In addition, had to do a self recorded video interview which consisted of recording myself answering randomly displayed questions.

Question 1
Explain a time where you had difficulties with a project or task and how did you over-come it.

Interview
Phone interview (about 20 minutes after I applied online) lasted about 15 minutes. When I went for my in person interview about 3 days later, I met with two Assistant Department Heads and the Department Head. Pretty simple interview. Normally they do a third interview where you take another trainer through a workout, but this wasn't required for me.

Question 1
Q: How would you program for a 65 year old with a history of obesity, leg injuries, and rotator cuff issues.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Life Time (Harrison, NY) in Dec 2015
Interview
Took forever and you need to have multiple interviews. Interviews were also held in multiple locations and sometimes they would change the location without telling you. You have to take a ton of quizzes which is so ridiculous for such a mindless position.
