Life Time Facility Operations Team Member interview questions

So you go through two interviews one with the supervisor of facility ops, then with the company’s GM mostly basic interview questions for the first interview and for the second REMEMBER THE LIFETIME MISSION STATEMENT. The second interview is mostly for the GM to gauge your compatibility with the company but you will most likely be asked to recite the mission statement at some point.

Phone interview. Interview went well. However they were not hiring at the time. Just scouting for potential during busier summer time. Kind of misleading to have a position posting and interview, just to be told keep an eye out in the summer.
