Life Time Facility Operations Team Member interview questions

It was a fairly quick interview in person with a facility's operations manager and then another interview with the general manager. They asked basic questions about me and focused a lot on the company culture and mission statement

Will be 2+ interview process. Asking questions about relevant experience for the job, such as team oriented skills. Fairly easy/open ended questions. I was required to know Lifetime's mission statement.
