Typical interview process, a zoom call with two managers, then, nothing. There has not been a response of any type from the company about the position their portal has not updated a status
There were four interview rounds: first coding, second with basic technical questions, followed by a managerial round, and finally a round with situational questions. The process moved from technical evaluation to assessing problem-solving and decision-making skills.

I applied online. I interviewed at Lenovo in Sep 2025
Interview
Initial call with recruiter and the next one is with the hiring manager and peer in China. Recruiter sends me a reconnect calendar invite a few hours prior which I thought was odd and starts asking me about how my hiring manager interview went- she thought I already had the interview. I get on the call and it's just the hiring manager but I was told in an email that the peer, who didn't show up would be driving the interview.
The recruiter then sets up another reconnect a few days later which is rescheduled for the next week and then she cancels with no communication or explanation. Incredibly unorganized and unprofessional.
