The hiring process was pretty easy. I participated in a phone interviewe with a representative from CTG and they scheduled me for an interview with Lenovo management. I met with 3 people in management from Lenovo.

I really can't remember a difficult or unexpected question, but the key is to provide scenarios where you provided resolution. They are big on the idea of resolution and awesome customer experience as opposed to great customer service.
For me, I had previous experience in one of their products. So, mainly the product knowledge was measured. Communication skills also were assessed very well. C/C++ related questions and storage related concepts were the main topics that I was asked during my interview.
