LA Fitness interview questions

I applied online via indeed and received a call to schedule an interview the following day. The hiring manager I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. This is 100% a sales role which I was open to before speaking with this manager. I decided to decline an in person interview. I wouldn’t even purchase a membership from this place.

4 interviews total 1-walkthrough interview where they see if they like you and if they do they’ll offer a second interview. They’ll ask you immediately if you work out anywhere-lie and say yes if you dont. If you’re overweight (in their eyes) they arent likely to hire you which is discriminatory 2- with the district manager if they like you they’ll offer a third working interview 3 -working interview- you stand behind the front desk and they show you some stuff and you are expected to Be able to do it. They don’t pay you which is illegal 4-walked around the building, pointed out things that needed to be worked on for their inspection (perfect product)- trash on the floor, lights that are out, dirty equipment, Unracked weights. 5- call with Vice President. Very conversational. Prep yourself. What do you like about LA fitness what do you think you can learn from your boss why the fitness industry, etc.
