I liked the guy I interviewed with. The only thing that frustrated me was he kept me waiting for a long time (interview was scheduled to start at 1 and I sat there until almost 1:30) and also he was so busy he had to keep answering the phone and leaving in the middle of the interview. I was offered a job, and am still considering it, but all the bad reviews online are scaring me.

Interview
One of the simplist interview processes. I went there, asked if they were hiring... said they were accepting applications. I filled one out and a couple days later got a call from the head of personal training department. He asked a few questions and scheduled a face to face interview a few days later. I don't remember exactly how it went but it was pretty easy. A few days later he called me back and offered me the opportunity after discussing with manager. I started working the next day.

The company takes docks commissions from sales associates for tiny reasons. If you do not fill out the member sign-up form properly, even if correctable, they don't pay you you $30-90 commission, but of course, they still sign the members up and collect the membership fees every month. Also, they basically get you to sign up all your friends and family over a 3 month period, and this is how they make most of their money. Average employee turn-around? 3 months!
