LA Fitness interview questions

The GM talked to me for about 90 minutes and explained why I should work for LA Fitness. He did not ask me about my background, experience, interests or expectations. He had hired me by the time I left. It was a really fast process coming in off the street to being hired. However this is not uncommon for sales gigs.

Very straight forward easy. They were very eager to hire , hired on the spot. Was very surprised. Manager was friendly and was eager to get interview started. I enjoyed the process
