I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Hillsboro, OR) in Jun 2023
Interview
Very comfortable, positive and awesome interview. Probably the first time I didn’t feel nervous and Michael did amazing talking with me and exposing more about the position when I was applying x for front desk but I had interviewed with him for personal training counselor which is even better for me and I’m very thankful Michael took the time to talk to me, go over my resume and break down details about the position. Michael is awesome and very professional and helpful.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Irvine, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Had a phone interview followed by in person interview. The process was smooth and the panel was friendly. Good experience! I declined the offer because of the benefits - did not have 401k, no annual planned performance review, no guarantees on pay raise or bonus, no HSA account for medical coverage

Question 1
Explain Scrum? How do you handle conflicting priorities?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at LA Fitness (Broomall, PA) in Jun 2023
Interview
They offered me an initial phone interview, it went great and they offered me an “ in person “ interview the following week. In that interview, they only spoke to me over Skype, not actually in person. They sounded very excited, telling me I would be starting work the next week, and effectively making it sound as though I got the job. They then ghosted me. Ignored all texts, never called, never heard another word. I had put my two weeks in at my other job already, but luckily they accepted me back. It was extremely unprofessional.
