LA Fitness interview questions

Horrible management. Was called for a first interview for 10:00am. Arrived at 9:50, and waited until 10:40 just to be told that my interviewer is not there and that I will be interviewed by someone who turned to be a complete disaster. Had another interview with a branch manager, and once again I had to wait even longer. The manager was completely unprofessional, gave me a ripped piece of paper with scribblings on it and that was supposed to be my work schedule. Offered me a different position than what I applied for and offered me minimum wage knowing that I make quite more than that in my current job.

I applied in person and the manager was teaching a fitness class so another employee told me that she would call when ready. I got a call 30 minutes later from the manager who scheduled the interview for the next morning. I showed up the next morning 10 minutes early, and an employee called the manager who said she was going to be an hour late. I went to starbucks, came back and had the interview. The questions were basic interview questions, ie. "describe your flaws...why do you think you would be a good fit for this position?" etc. when the interview was over, she offered me the job so long as my background check came back clean. A few days later when my background check came back, she scheduled me for training.
