LA Fitness interview questions

No initial phone interview. I was contacted by a recruiter and scheduled for an in person interview. The interview lasted about 3 hours including a 90 minute coding test. The test is of a practical nature and you are left on your own with internet access to finish it. Very easy. I then had 2 interviews. 1st was a technical interview with 4 other developers. The questions were very basic and easy. 2nd session was with 4 development managers. Typical manger type questions in these, not very technical but some design type questions. After that interview they decided to make an offer and I had to go back to meet with the CIO to have a final interview and negotiation of the offer.

I showed up in a suit to interview with a regional vice president. He was very impressed with the fact that I appeared professional and with my experience in industry. There are a series of "non-negotiable" questions, but instead of asking them directly, he asked more subtly.
