LA Fitness interview questions

The interview process was being called on the phone after I completed the online application and being asked what my availability was. There was no set time where I was asked any questions.

Spoke with the Operations Manager who was very friendly. The entire process was comfortable. The OM took me on a tour of the gym and then we sat at one of the sales desks. She asked basic questions about my experience and made sure I could interact comfortably with people. Interview was easy, and I was offered the job then and there. Started that day.
