LA Fitness interview questions

Manager was rude, and accident called me for a 2nd interview when he meant to call someone else. It was humiliating to come back and have them tell me that. During the interview the manager was very clear that they had "many applicants" and that they would come to a decision within the week. Two weeks later I heard back and that was when they called the wrong person. Not very professional.

I applied online and got a phone call from the hiring manager within a few days. She asked pretty basic questions about my availability to teach, experience and certifications. We set up a time that weekend to meet for an audition. The audition lasted about 20 minutes. Although any audition is nerve racking, this one was not bad. Everything was pretty straight forward throughout the process.
