I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Hong Kong) in Nov 2016
Interview
I was invited to do a video interview which consisted of 3 questions. About a week later I was invited to a phone interview. Again, a week afterwards, I was invited to Assessment Center at their regional office. Phone interview was shorter than the expected (stated) time frame, but overall everyone I spoke to was very friendly and welcoming. Haven't heard AC results yet (so I don't actually know the offer status).

Describe your greatest challenge, and how it has made you a better person?

Interview
I'm not sure whether it's also the first time for JP Morgan to adopt video interview, but for this year, I received the video interview offer before phone interview / 1:1 interview. There were three questions in total and were pretty general. You could film your video for three times for each question.

Question 1
What was the biggest challenge you faced and how did you overcome it
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Oct 2016
Interview
Initial interview was very straightforward with no surprise questions. Know why you want to go into this position and why you want it to be with J.P. Morgan. I applied through their careers website and heard back within about two weeks for a phone interview. I wish I had been given feedback as to why I was not invited to the next round, but it is not a big deal. Make sure to know a lot of the firm and what they do, and how you could personally fit in and make a difference. They want to know that you are willing to compete for jobs. Be aware that this program came off to me as a 2-year internship. This means that if performance was not satisfactory at the end of the two years then they would let you go.
