I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Bournemouth, Inghilterra) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was a very straightforward assessment process, consisting of 4 stages, which were disclosed in previous email communications.
Two individual interviews 30 mins each - very skills and experience based questions. With two different managers, so you can use the same examples if they are relevant to a new question. It is also a great opportunity to ask about their experiences and their specific roles.
Group discussion based on a case study. Each candidate gets a slightly different case study, so you have to make sure that you share all important information, and ask about the other's. This is important as the more information you have the better decisions you can make.
Reflective discussion on your participation in the group work. This is an individual section with another interviewer, where you can share your views on the previous task. If you are not fully satisfied with your contribution, mention it and explain how you would change it in the future.
