I was first selected for numerical and verbal assessment test. Just do reasonably ok for the tests and you should go to the next round. Then I received a telephone interview at a pre-scheduled date that was informed to me via email. The interviewer asked these basic interview questions 1) A self-introduction question 2) "Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses" 3) "Why JP Morgan?" 4) "Do you prefer Tech or Ops?" 5) "Anything else to add?"
I received no news after the telephone interview for about a month, and I checked their online portal, I was rejected.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Nov 2014
Interview
Applied online through my campus portal. Got a call to schedule a phone interview, call lasted 30 minutes, all behavioral and talking about last experience.
Went on site in November for two back to back interviews and a group activity.
I followed up about two weeks later because I had some other offers on the table and the recruiter seemed disinterested in anything I had to say. She said I'd hear back before thanksgiving. Never heard back.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Singapore) in Nov 2014
