Asked to submit, got a phone screen and an in-person. And then they just ghosted, no rejection or next round. Very unprofessional behavior. The interviewer was clearly impatient as well. No wonder the confession they've been struggling to hire design talent.

Question 1
I wouldn't say there are questions as much as just interruptions. You barely got three words in before another monologue.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Indeed
Interview
I️ received a call from the recruiter and she explained about the position, asked me a couple of questions. Everything seemed to go well. I just felt she was rushing through the questions, she told me she had to go, over all it took about 10-15 min. She told me she would get back to me and to email her if I️ didn’t hear back soon enough. I️ sent her two follow up emails and never got a response.
I applied online. I interviewed at Indeed (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2016
Interview
Chaotic and wildly unorganized. I was desperate for interviews at the time and was basically doing the recruiter's job with multiple follow-ups, after which they would schedule another video interview. I believe I had 3 total.
Then radio silence after the recruiter said they would schedule an in-person after the holidays. That never happened.
Apparently Indeed.com runs like a frat house with "managers" being in their late-twenties. This explains their low Glassdoor ratings.
Better tech companies (pay, culture) exist in Seattle, so don't settle!
