What a mess... . To start off ...Recruiter emailed stating they received my application, and wanted ro schedule a phone screen, I responded back with time and date , didnt call me according to scheduled time and date. Called me 30 min late and rushed the phone screen. Asked me to come in for round 1 ,that went ok however as I walked out of my interview the recruiter started bad mouthing the hiring manager I,had just intervieed with. I received an invite for round 2. I went in and met with another manager he was rude and rushed, the interview like he didnt care and was just going through the motion. Went in for round 3 even though I should of listened to my gutt feeling, it went ok. The recruiter send me an email stating they would get back to me with next steps then completely ghosted. Thry are very unprofessional and that recruiter is obviously miserable..

Interview
After four separate interviews, totaling over seven hours, I was forgotten about and left hanging. The experience felt clunky from start-to-finish. At no point was I shown what they actually do, which is essential for creative positions.
