Superday I asked every interview if it mattered that I did not have any background in finance or tech., they repeatedly said I would not be at a disadvantage, however upon interviewing I felt very out of place and definitely at a disadvantage, in comparison with the other applicants.

It consists in a simple Java test to do remotely, then an interview on Skype comprending behavioural questions and a test case to solve with occasional switch of language from mothertongue to English. In the end a final Superday at ION workplace with the following Tests.
