I applied online. I interviewed at ION Group (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
Pretty straightforward behavioral interview. It's hard to judge whether a behavioral interview was "difficult" or not but yeah there were no real surprises here. The person I interviewed with also seemed really nice.

Question 1
If you were presenting a product to a client and the person you were presenting with tries picking a fight in the middle of the presentation, what do you do?

Interview
First round behavioral interview with a hiring manager.
Second round interview with a business analyst. Behavioral questions and maybe a little more in depth about some technical topics.
Third round with another analyst. Behavior and some technical.
Superday: 3 interviews and a case study.
Got a call from someone in India that I got an offer. For the next month they emailed once a week saying the offer was pending group CEO approval and that they appreciated my patience. Then they stopped sending those emails and I haven't heard from them since. Probably better that way. Didn't learn enough about the company, program, or what I would be doing through their lengthy interview process. Entire program seemed sketchy in my opinion, couldn't really get a straight answer on what I'd be doing. I tried reaching out to someone in the New York office regarding the offer, but realized that not once had I ever talked to someone from the office I'd be working in.
If the offer ever came I probably would've declined it. I don't have any other offers yet, and I still would've declined this one if that tells you anything about the company.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Superday: 3 interviews. One with the CRO, one with someone from HR, one with a programmer. Questions about why you want to work there, and some technical questions about the company. Then there was a case study. You had an hour to prep a 10-15 minute presentation about a client solution. Required you to know what the company does and why it works well. Then you presented to three people and they asked questions. It was definitely a time crunch but if you answer all the questions and show your logic you'll be ok.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ION Group (Hong Kong) in Mar 2022
Interview
It was a relatively average process beginning with an online test that had English proficiency and maths analytics questions. Followed by an online interview with two top executives. After that had an assessment day.
