ION Group Leadership Development Program interview questions

Interview process consisted of taking an exam for quantitative/qualitative abilities. Then, I was able to speak with 2 managers via video conference. All behavioral/situational questions that I was able to answer pretty easily. Very nice managers who really want to get to know the candidate and their interests for placement into the program.

I submitted on the company's website, the first round is online assessment consist of numerical and verbal reasoning. After that was two back-to-back video interview. Each was 30 mins.
