ION Group Leadership Development Program interview questions

The entire process was extremely drawn out and messy, with a complete lack of communication from HR. I attempted to follow up multiple times but was unable to contact the person who conducted my interview, and received no response from the person (presumably an HR person) who initially reached out to me about my first interview. The first interview was very dry and nondescript, and provided hardly any opportunities for me to offer my validity as a candidate. Second interview was entirely repetitive. Still have no word on if I will receive an offer. Frustrating process overall.
