ING Senior mgr interview questions

Friendly, nice interviews. But I don't get the job. No technical questions, more just to get to know me. The interviews are short, but maybe helpful to ask questions if they need to clarify whether I am a suitable candidate. Because although is friendly, I don't proceed to the next round. hR team is superb
